Specific to the Cloudwatcher:
- Firmware (only required for user upgraded units): Version 5.8.9 – for current units, with or without external AP/RH sensor. Sky quality light sensor.
Specific to the PocketCW2 New!:
- Firmware 1.1.0 (it also can be downloaded from the configuration utility, see below)
- includes wind detection
- compatible with the classic CloudWatcher windows software and ASCOM driver directly via WiFi / http
- stand-alone safety control—same as the outdoors version; safe / unsafe output in JSON, valid for ASCOM driver
- extended JSON data, including safety information
- complete sky temperature model (K-factors)
